Departing from the Church in Reet, we drive towards the Dijle. Then we take the shortcut to the Canal towards Vilvoorde. The Humbeek bridge over to Bosstraat (not the one next to the Schorre) in Meise. After that, from Opwijk to Moorsel a long gentle climb along a quiet bike path (with a root sticking up here and there). In Gijzegem we go back up the dike. Almost all the time we stay along the water until Boom. Along Dendemonde, Sint-Amands, and Temse. Once we arrive in Boom, we ride back to Reet along the Park of Boom since Kerremansstraat (behind the real Bosstraat) is temporarily unusable.
