Sudwalde is a municipality in Lower Saxony, Germany. It is part of the Schwaförden Samtgemeinde (administrative district) in the district of Diepholz. It has 1,008 inhabitants. Sudwalde is an economically unimportant farming and commuter village.
In Sudwalde there is a Gothic, from approx. Dating from 1300, Evangelical Lutheran church, which was extensively rebuilt and expanded in 1880 under the architecture of the master architect of neo-Gothic, Conrad Wilhelm Hase. The church contains interesting ceiling paintings.
