The village church in Meetschow is a Protestant chapel. The chapel parish belongs to the parish of St. Georg in Gartow in the church district of Lüchow-Dannenberg. It was probably built in 1731 on the northwestern edge of the village. Its current appearance dates back to a reconstruction in 1864.
When it was built, the chapel formed the northwestern flank of the village, which was grouped around a wayside cross. A simple hall building was built on a rectangular floor plan, which ends at the top with a gable roof. A structure of brick trusses forms the outer walls. On the west side is a square turret with a tent roof and cross. A small sacristy is attached to the east side. Access to the chapel is via the west side.
