The former synagogue in Lohr am Main, a town in the Lower Franconian district of Main-Spessart in Bavaria, was established in a house built in 1732. The deconsecrated synagogue at Fischergasse 32 is a protected historic monument.
On November 18, 1871, the synagogue was consecrated along with the community center by district rabbi Abraham Adler from Aschaffenburg. During the November pogrom in 1938, the interior furnishings and rituals of the synagogue were destroyed by SA men. The windows were smashed, furnishings and ritual objects were broken, and five Torah scrolls were torn to pieces. After 1945, the building was converted into a residential house.
