The Roman Catholic parish church of St. Andreas is a Baroque hall church in Elbach, a district of the municipality of Fischbachau in the Upper Bavarian district of Miesbach. It belongs to the Elbach parish in the parish association of Upper Leitzachtal in the Archdiocese of Munich and Freising. Directly next to it stands the Catholic chapel for the Holy Blood.
In 1648, the originally late Gothic tower and the church were severely damaged by lightning strike. After extensive repairs, during which a new high altar was installed, further lightning strikes damaged the church in 1655 and 1670. After repeated repairs, the dilapidated church nave was demolished in 1688.
