Grafwegen is a hamlet in the municipality of Kranenburg, Germany. On 1 January 2018, Grafwegen had 78 inhabitants. On 1 January 2016, the village had a population of 88. The town is located directly against the Dutch municipality of Berg en Dal near the village of Breedeweg and is very remote when seen from the German side. Before 1936, Grafwegen belonged to the municipality of Kessel, after which it was assigned to Kranenburg in a reorder. The homes in Grafwegen are connected to the Dutch natural gas network, water network and sewerage. Grafwegen is best known for the only café it has: Boscafé Merlijn. There is also a Christmas market every year and a village festival that is held twice a year.
