The church of Sant Bertomeu is a Catholic temple located in the northeast of the Valencian town of Xàbia, in the center of the primitive medieval enclosure and the highest part. It is a fortified religious building, the origins of which are in the 14th-century apse tower. The rest of the temple is from the 16th century, in Gothic style, but with later modifications. Its construction was directed by Domingo de Urteaga. In 1931, it was declared a National Artistic Monument.
