Here you can find the grave of the mathematician Galois. Galois was buried in the commoners' ditch in the cemetery at Montparnasse in Paris at 20. He is the (young) father of the mathematical field called group theory.
His last words to his brother were: 'Don't cry, Alfred! I need all my courage to die at twenty! He had sustained a fatal injury in a pistol duel. His opponent seems to have been a competitor for the affection of a young woman called Stephanie, probably the daughter of Galois's landlord.
