Ideal for 2 people, this detached single-storey house (raised ground floor: 4 steps) offers you: a pleasant living room with sitting area (flat-screen TV) and dining room with wood-burning stove (wood supplied). A spacious, tastefully decorated bedroom. Bed 160x200cm or 2x80cm. Separate, fully-equipped kitchen (3-burner induction hob). Bathroom with shower and toilet. Washing machine.
Large private enclosed garden with furniture and barbecue.
Folding cot and high chair for baby.
Bed linen provided with beds made up on arrival, towels and end-of-stay cleaning included. Electricity according to consumption (8 kwh/day free)
Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Numerous hiking trails. Shops and restaurants in Saulieu (3 km).
Easy parking in front of the gîte.
