Take a beautiful, brisk walk along the many fens in Oisterwijk. Enjoy the view over the water, walk through the woods and be surprised by the special combination of forest, heath and fens.

For the route, follow the blue arrows on the poles.

You start at the new visitor center of Natuurmonumenten with the catering 'Groot Speijck'. If you walk on, you will see the Speijckven for the trees. It is a dug fen: the silt has been scooped out of the fen and lies like an elevation on the edge of the fen. You might just see a kingfisher sitting on one of the low-hanging branches here! In spring and summer you often see children doing the water safari here. An educational treasure hunt for (primary school) children: they go in search of water bugs!
