San Martín ? es una colectividad de ultramar francesa situada en el Caribe. Ocupa la zona norte de la isla de San Martín y otros islotes cercanos, el más grande de los cuales es la isla Tintamarre. Limita al sur con Sint Maarten, país constituyente del Reino de los Países Bajos.
Este territorio adquirió su actual estatus el 22 de febrero de 2007, cuando junto a San Bartolomé, fue separado del departamento de ultramar de Guadalupe. Según el Tratado de Lisboa, es una región ultraperiférica de la Unión Europea.
