El Aeropuerto Internacional Princesa Juliana se encuentra en Sint Maarten, la parte neerlandesa de la isla de San Martín, y es el tercer aeropuerto con mayor número de pasajeros anuales en el Caribe, detrás del Aeropuerto Internacional Luis Muñoz Marín en San Juan, Puerto Rico, y el Aeropuerto Internacional de Punta Cana en Punta Cana, República Dominicana. En movimientos de aviones es el segundo después del Aeropuerto Luis Muñoz Marín.
El aeropuerto está ubicado a 15 kilómetros al noroeste de la ciudad de Philipsburg y es operado por el Princess Juliana International Operating Company bajo una concesión del gobierno dada por un periodo de veinte años.
