Helfbrunn es un lugar de peregrinación mariana en Austria con la iglesia de peregrinación de Maria Helfbrunn. Helfbrunn se encuentra en la localidad de Ratschendorf, en el municipio de Deutsch Goritz, en el distrito de Südoststeiermark. La iglesia es la única iglesia de peregrinación del distrito.
La Asunción de María el 15 de agosto y el Nacimiento de María el 8 de septiembre son los principales días de peregrinación. Desde mayo hasta octubre inclusive, se celebra un servicio de Fátima el 13 de cada mes por la tarde. Además, en mayo se llevan a cabo devotionarios marianos los domingos, festivos y martes por la tarde. También ocasionalmente hay bautizos o bodas en la iglesia de Helfbrunn. De lo contrario, el lugar es visitado de forma privada por peregrinos.
