La Piller Höhe, que se eleva a 1558 m, conecta el valle superior del Inn con el Pitztal. En la cima se encuentra una casa de naturaleza y el Gacher Blick: una construcción de hormigón con un voladizo sobre el valle del Inn, desde donde se puede disfrutar de una hermosa vista de los alrededores.
La cima se puede alcanzar por cuatro rutas: desde el este, desde Wenns, que es el lado menos empinado, dos opciones desde Fließ y, finalmente, desde Prutz.
Las dos ascensiones desde Fließ son las más empinadas (hasta un 15% y la antigua ruta oeste incluso hasta un 20%).
