El Durme es un afluente belga del Escalda. Se considera que el Durme es el nombre colectivo del Bovendurme y Benedendurme, y a menudo se le ve como una confluencia del Zuidlede y el Moervaart a la altura de Daknam, una submunicipalidad de Lokeren. Sin embargo, el río original era mucho más largo, e incluía entre otros el Zuidlede, Moervaart, Kale y Poekebeek. El Durme desemboca en el Escalda cerca de Tielrode, submunicipalidad de Temse. La longitud del Moervaart y el Durme juntos es de 45 km. Partes del río están protegidas a nivel europeo como parte de la zona Natura 2000 'Estuario del Escalda y Durme desde la frontera neerlandesa hasta Gante'.
