La estación de Antwerp-Oost es una antigua estación de tren en la línea 12 entre Antwerp-Central y Roosendaal. La estación se inauguró en 1879 como estación de Borgerhout. En 1930 fue renombrada como estación de Antwerp-Oost. En diciembre de 2011, la estación cerró después de que el tráfico de pasajeros entre Roosendaal y Antwerp comenzara a utilizar un túnel de tren hacia Antwerp Central, lo que provocó que ya no circulasen trenes de pasajeros por Antwerp-Oost.
