La estación Profondsart es una parada de tren a lo largo de la línea de ferrocarril 161 cerca del pueblo de Profondsart en el municipio de Waver.
El barón Lambermont reveló en sus 'memorias' que la estación Profondsart fue construida a solicitud del rey Leopoldo II como agradecimiento por la larga trayectoria de méritos del barón y, sobre todo, por el éxito de las negociaciones que Lambermont había llevado a cabo en relación con la compra del peaje del Escalda. En 1889 se inauguró una parada que permitía al barón Lambermont llegar fácilmente a la finca de Rofessart, donde su familia residía.
