El instituto provincial de educación secundaria de Verviers, también conocido como IPES Verviers o IPES 2, es una institución de enseñanza secundaria técnica y profesional de la Provincia de Lieja, situada en Verviers, Bélgica, en un entorno verde, en la calle Peltzer de Clermont.
Al final del siglo pasado, no había en Verviers una escuela profesional para chicas. Al darse cuenta de la existencia de esta falta en la educación femenina, un industrial vervietense, Robert Centner, se encargaría, en 1886, de tomar las riendas de una enseñanza de este tipo.
