La masacre de Malmedy fue un crimen de guerra llevado a cabo contra 84 prisioneros de guerra estadounidenses desarmados que fueron asesinados por sus captores alemanes en la Segunda Guerra Mundial. La masacre fue cometida el 17 de diciembre de 1944 por el Kampfgruppe Peiper , una unidad de combate alemana participante en la Ofensiva de las Ardenas de 1944, en alemán Unternehmen Wacht am Rhein , por el himno patriótico alemán Die Wacht am Rhein.
