La procesión en honor a Nuestra Señora de los Enfermos se estableció en 1695 y todavía se lleva a cabo el primer domingo de julio a través de los senderos alrededor de la Capilla del Bosque de Imde. La imagen de Nuestra Señora del siglo XVII fue robada en 1978 y reemplazada por un ejemplar de yeso. En 2008 se fabricó nuevamente una imagen de madera de roble que se asemeja mucho al aspecto de la imagen original. La imagen de María y el Niño Jesús en su brazo izquierdo tienen una corona. Llevan un vestido con brocado dorado y un pequeño manto azul cubierto de encaje.
