La línea de tranvía turístico de ancho métrico de Aisne es una de las líneas de tranvía turístico más antiguas de Bélgica, que desde 1966 explota una parte de un ferrocarril de cercanías de la SNCV y está situada en un área natural en la provincia de Luxemburgo, entre Érezée y Dochamps. La asociación sin ánimo de lucro Tramway Touristique de l'Aisne fue fundada el 18 de septiembre de 1964 por miembros de la Asociación para el Museo del Tranvía que desde 1961 explota el Museo del Tranvía de Schepdaal en el antiguo depósito de Schepdaal, donde se conserva el patrimonio de la Compañía Nacional de Ferrocarriles de Cercanías. Además, se aspiraba a explotar una línea de tranvía museo turístico con material histórico de los ferrocarriles de cercanías. En la búsqueda de una ubicación adecuada, un encuentro con el alcalde de Dochamps fue decisivo, tras lo cual surgió el plan de destinar la línea de tranvía no utilizada Melreux - Manhay - Comblain-la-Tour para este propósito.
