La iglesia de San Juan Bautista es una iglesia de estilo gótico y barroco situada en Werchter, una parroquia del municipio belga de Rotselaar en la provincia de Brabante Flamenco.
La construcción del coro gótico comenzó en 1439, pero el coro fue profundamente reformado en el siglo XVI. La nave lateral norte también data del siglo XV.
