Antiguo llamado "Huis Cuvelier" fundado en 1875 por E. Cuvelier, cantero, especializado en piedra azul y blanca, mármol, escultura, chimeneas, monumentos funerarios, seguido por su hijo el arquitecto Henri Cuvelier (ver placa en la fachada). Hasta la década de 1930 con tienda. Casa doble de tres tramos y tres niveles bajo un tejado a dos aguas, con núcleo más antiguo y un antiguo taller en la parte trasera, de finales del siglo XIX. Fachada con revestimiento de piedra natural (piedra blanca y piedra de Soignies), ventanas enmarcadas rectangularmente y puerta arqueada a la derecha. A la izquierda, un risalto lateral con antaño un escaparate. Cabezas de diamante como decoración del último piso.
