Viviendas obreras agrupadas de aproximadamente 1900, con pequeños jardines delanteros cubiertos de hierba. Originalmente, una casa doble (número 98) de tres tramos y una planta, junto a cuatro casas individuales construidas según un esquema de espejo de dos tramos y una planta, bajo techos a dos aguas (tejas flamencas y pizarra artificial). Edificación de ladrillo anclada, enlucida y pintada con aberturas murales rectangulares y en arco empotrado. Después de 1979, los números 100-106 fueron transformados en dos viviendas y se les añadieron nuevos techos, fachadas y aberturas murales.
