Justo fuera del anillo de Bruselas se encuentra la Ferme du Chaudron. La antigua granja fue renovada y complementada con nuevos pabellones. Los arquitectos de 51N4E y Plant en Houtgoed han centrado su diseño en la interacción entre la arquitectura y la naturaleza. Por ello, han utilizado materiales biológicos como madera, cal y cáñamo para las nuevas adiciones. En lugar de una granja, se ha convertido en un entorno de trabajo productivo, con un restaurante, una tienda de comestibles, espacios para eventos y un huerto comunitario.
