Entre una mezcolanza de edificios empresariales y viviendas de la segunda mitad del siglo XIX y de la primera mitad del siglo XX, encontramos una joya del art nouveau en los números 116-118. Se trata de la vivienda del arquitecto-contratista Theodoor Vermeulen (1902).
El número 116 tiene sobre la puerta un bajo relieve de Rómulo y Remo siendo amamantados por una loba. Los números 116 y 118 son muy diferentes entre sí, pero también muestran similitudes: las ventanas de arco levemente apuntado, los miradores, los aleros salientes.
El número 120 es mucho más sencillo en estilo y originalmente fue el lugar de trabajo de Theodoor Vermeulen: junto a la puerta estrecha hay un amplio pasaje hacia los edificios empresariales de ladrillo (establo, garaje, cantera de piedra, espacio de almacenamiento para pizarras y cal apagada, sala de calderas, forja, sala de máquinas, carpintería mecánica y pabellón de oficinas).
