Caminata con 2 paisajes completamente diferentes. Al principio seguimos el río Mark (que forma parte de la cuenca del Mosa neerlandés) para luego pasar al paisaje de brezales y charcas de la Strijbeekse Heide. En los últimos años se ha hecho un gran esfuerzo en la "restauración del paisaje". Consecuencia: amplias vistas.
El arroyo Strijbeekse forma aquí la frontera entre Bélgica y los Países Bajos.
