Tomemos como ejemplo el Schloss Linderhof, el castillo del rey Luis II, de hecho el único que este soberano excéntrico habitó alguna vez. Originalmente, era un pabellón de caza comprado a mediados del siglo XIX por el rey de Baviera Maximiliano II, el padre de Luis. Puedes visitar los jardines. Allí verás todo tipo de construcciones como el Lago de los cisnes, la Gruta de Venus y la Casa marroquí, lugares donde este rey tímido podía dar rienda suelta a su imaginación y fantasía.
