La Oficina de Altdöbern es una oficina creada en 1992 en el distrito de Oberspreewald-Lausitz del estado de Brandeburgo, en la que originalmente 14 municipios de los antiguos distritos de Calau y Senftenberg se unieron en una asociación administrativa. La sede de la administración de la oficina está en el municipio de Altdöbern. A través de fusiones y reestructuraciones de municipios, la oficina tiene hoy en día cinco municipios.
La oficina se encuentra en el centro del distrito de Oberspreewald-Lausitz y limita al norte con la ciudad libre de distrito de Calau y la ciudad libre de distrito de Vetschau/Spreewald, al este con las ciudades libres de distrito de Drebkau y Welzow, al sur con la ciudad libre de distrito de Großräschen y la ciudad libre de distrito de Senftenberg, así como al sur y al oeste con la oficina de Kleine Elster. Altdöbern está cerca de Spreewald.
