La oficina de Plessa es una oficina formada en 1992 en Brandeburgo, en la que inicialmente siete municipios de los entonces distritos de Bad Liebenwerda y Finsterwalde se agrupaban en una asociación administrativa. La sede de la oficina se encuentra en el municipio de Plessa. A través de fusiones y absorciones de municipios, la oficina consta actualmente de cuatro municipios.
La oficina de Plessa se encuentra en la parte sur del distrito de Elbe-Elster en Brandeburgo. Limita al norte con la oficina de Elsterland, al noreste con la ciudad independiente de Finsterwalde, al este con la ciudad independiente de Lauchhammer, al sureste con la oficina de Ortrand, al sur con la oficina de Schradenland y al oeste con las ciudades independientes de Elsterwerda y Bad Liebenwerda.
