Mainz-Kostheim es un distrito administrado por la ciudad de Wiesbaden, Alemania. Su población es de 14,381. Mainz-Kostheim fue anteriormente un distrito de la ciudad de Mainz, hasta que se decidió la administración pública por parte de la ciudad de Wiesbaden el 10 de agosto de 1945. La razón de esto había sido el control fácil de las zonas de ocupación aliadas en Alemania, donde el Rin formaba la frontera entre el sector americano y el sector francés. Mainz-Kostheim se enfrenta a la ciudad de Mainz en la orilla opuesta del río Rin.
