La ruina del castillo de Riegelstein es un antiguo castillo nobiliario del alto medioevo ubicado al norte del pueblo de Riegelstein, que forma parte de la ciudad de Betzenstein, en el distrito de Bayreuth en la Alta Franconia, Baviera, Alemania. De la desaparecida Kammburg sólo quedan dos fosos y algunos restos de murallas no asegurados, que están amenazados de completa desaparición.
La ruina se encuentra en el sureste de la Suiza Franconia, una parte de la Alb Franconia, en el punto más alto de la colina del castillo de Riegelstein a 589 m sobre el nivel del mar. La ruina está situada a unos 360 metros al norte-noreste de la iglesia filial evangélico-luterana de San Jorge en Riegelstein, la antigua Raupersdorf y aproximadamente a 32 kilómetros al noreste de Núremberg.
