El lago Einfelder es un lago en Schleswig-Holstein, muy cerca de la ciudad de Neumünster. Se encuentra en el área del distrito de Rendsburg-Eckernförde y de la ciudad sin distrito de Neumünster. Con una superficie de 168 hectáreas, pertenece a los lagos más grandes de Schleswig-Holstein.
El lago está situado en la divisoria de aguas de dos ríos, al norte el Eider y al sur el Stör. Un pequeño afluente llega desde el Dosenmoor al lago, faltando otros afluentes significativos. Por esta razón, el lago se alimenta principalmente de aguas subterráneas y de precipitaciones. Un desagüe principal va al sureste hacia el Aalbek; al norte, el Steingraben, regulado por una compuerta, conecta el lago Einfelder con el lago Bordesholmer, cuyas aguas pueden fluir hacia el Eider.
