La torre de telecomunicaciones Weilerskopf es una torre tipo "FMT 2" finalizada en 1969 con una altura de 130,7 metros. Se encuentra en el territorio de una exclave del municipio de Herxheim am Berg. Hoy en día solo se utiliza para telefonía móvil y microondas. Las emisiones de radio solo se realizaron desde aquí en modo DAB. Esta fue la emisora principal para el bloque LB de la banda L de Ludwigshafen con una ERP de 1 kW. Mientras tanto, esta emisora DAB ha sido apagada.
