La garganta de Mensinger es un surco abrupto y completamente boscoso en la cordillera Wiehen, en el área de la ciudad de Lübbecke, en el distrito de Minden-Lübbecke. Tiene aproximadamente 800 metros de longitud, comienza en la ladera oriental de Wurzelbrink y se extiende desde allí hacia el norte en un arco hasta la carretera federal 239. El fondo del valle se encuentra en la parte superior a unos 210 m sobre el nivel del mar y desciende hasta el final del valle, donde se encuentra la fuente de Ronceva, a 150 m sobre el nivel del mar.
