El Aabachsee es un embalse detrás de la presa de Aabachtalsperre en el distrito de Paderborn en Renania del Norte-Westfalia, cerca de la frontera con Hesse, Alemania. Con una superficie de aproximadamente 1,8 km², es el lago más grande de Ostwestfalen-Lippe.
La presa de Aabachtalsperre, que pertenece a la "Asociación del Agua de Aabachtalsperre" y forma parte de una extensa área de protección del agua como parte de su instalación de embalse, fue construida para el suministro de agua potable y la protección contra inundaciones; la función del embalse de Aabach como área de recreo tiene una importancia secundaria.
