La estación de clasificación de Wedau fue una gran estación de traslado en Duisburg-Wedau. Estuvo en funcionamiento desde 1890 hasta 2000 y fue cerrada definitivamente en 2006.
Diversos desarrollos llevaron a la construcción de la estación de clasificación en Wedau. Por un lado, entre 1880 y 1886, las compañías ferroviarias Rheinische, Bergisch-Märkische y Köln-Mindener fueron nacionalizadas, por lo que se eliminó la necesidad de los trayectos paralelos anteriores. Por otro lado, el tráfico de mercancías a lo largo de la línea del Rin y en la cuenca del Ruhr aumentó constantemente, y las estaciones principales debían ser desahogadas. Al sur de la estación central de Duisburgo, en la línea de tren Troisdorf–Mülheim-Speldorf, había un terreno suficientemente grande y libre.
