El RheinRuhrZentrum fue una de los primeros centros comerciales cubiertos de Alemania cuando se inauguró en 1973. Se encuentra en el este de Mülheim an der Ruhr, en la frontera con Essen, y hoy cuenta con aproximadamente 79,000 metros cuadrados de superficie de ventas.
El terreno de 200,000 metros cuadrados fue utilizado hasta 1929 por la mina Humboldt del Club de Mineros de Mülheim. Luego sirvió como instalación de transbordo de carbón.
