El edificio de la Tempelstraße 10 es una villa en el distrito de Gronau en Bonn, que fue construida entre 1900 y 1901. Se encuentra en la Tempelstraße, que se bifurca de la Adenauerallee, por encima de la ribera del Rin. La villa está protegida como monumento arquitectónico.
La villa fue construida para el promotor Dittmar Finkler, un médico y profesor de la Universidad de Bonn, que también era propietario de la villa del entonces Príncipe Heredero en frente y que en su terreno había hecho construir en 1898 la Wörthstraße y en 1899/1900 una villa doble destinada a la reventa. Estilísticamente, la villa puede clasificarse dentro del barroco pictórico y abstracto, con una decoración transformada por el art nouveau.
