El Castillo de Berensberg, también llamado Casa Berensberg y Granja Berensberg, es una antigua residencia noble en la localidad de Kohlscheid-Berensberg, en Herzogenrath. Hasta principios del siglo XV, la propiedad pertenecía a una familia noble de nombre homónimo como feudo del Arzobispo de Colonia. Luego pasó a la familia von Harff, que reconstruyó el castillo de agua dañado durante la Guerra de los Ochenta Años como un complejo de cuatro alas a finales del siglo XVI y principios del XVII. A través del matrimonio de una hija de Harff, la propiedad pasó a la familia von Reuschenberg, que construyó una nueva casa señorial en 1714. Otros propietarios fueron las familias Peltzer y Cockerill. Desde 1910, el Castillo de Berensberg pertenece a la ciudad de Aquisgrán.
