La iglesia de San Gabriel es la iglesia católica en Gebhardshagen, un barrio de Salzgitter en Baja Sajonia. Pertenece como iglesia filial a la parroquia de Santa María con sede en Salzgitter-Bad y, por lo tanto, al decanato de Goslar-Salzgitter. La iglesia, ubicada en Sandgrubenweg 19A, es la única iglesia en la diócesis de Hildesheim que está dedicada al arcángel Gabriel.
La región de la actual Salzgitter fue cristianizada a finales del siglo VIII. El punto de partida para la conversión al cristianismo fue el monasterio fundado en 744 en Fulda. Tras la fundación del principado de Hildesheim en 815 por Luis el Piadoso, la actual Salzgitter perteneció a su área de influencia, Gebhardshagen pertenecía aquí al distrito eclesiástico de Barum.
