La Volksbank Eifel eG es un banco cooperativo con sede en Bitburg. Su área de negocios se encuentra en el distrito de Eifel Bitburg-Prüm, en el distrito de Vulkaneifel así como en partes de la asociación municipal de Trier-Land. El banco tiene aproximadamente 64,100 clientes.
En 1863 se fundó el Creditverein für Handwerker und Ackerwirte. En 1942 se produjo el cambio de nombre a Bitburger Bankverein eGmbH y en 1971 a Volksbank Bitburg eG. En 2002 se llevó a cabo la fusión con la Raiffeisenbank Biersdorf eG, en 2006 con la Raiffeisenbank Neuerburg-Land eG, en 2010 con la Raiffeisenbank östliche Südeifel eG y en 2016 con la Volksbank Eifel Mitte eG. Desde la fusión de la Volksbank Bitburg eG con la Volksbank Eifel Mitte eG en el año 2016, el banco se llama Volksbank Eifel eG. En el año 2022, la Volksbank Eifel eG se fusionó con la Raiffeisenbank Irrel eG.
