El Ottoberg es un monte oriental del Weberberg en la montaña de Zittau. Su cumbre rocosa y desforestada se encuentra en el terreno de Waltersdorf en el municipio de Großschönau.
El Ottoberg se sitúa al suroeste de Waltersdorf, entre los valles del Pfarrbach y Kohlflössels, que ambos tienen su origen en la zona de manantiales ubicada al oeste del Weberborn. Al noreste se encuentra la Sängerhöhe. Hacia el este, la montaña desciende hacia el valle del arroyo de Waltersdorf. Al este se eleva el Butterberg, al sureste el Sonneberg, al sur la Lausche y al suroeste el Dreiecker.
