Hunnesrück es una aldea que pertenece a la ciudad de Dassel en el distrito de Northeim, en Baja Sajonia. A Hunnesrück también le pertenece el asentamiento de Erichsburg.
Hunnesrück es el lugar más occidental de la cuenca de Einbeck-Markoldendorf. La aldea, atravesada por el río Bremkebach, se encuentra en el borde oriental de los Amtsberge, en un entorno agrícola. Allí también transcurre el Europaradweg R1.
