La región de colinas de Pleis, comúnmente conocida como el pequeño país de Pleis, es un paisaje de colinas que alcanza hasta 235 m de altura en el sur de Renania del Norte-Westfalia, en el distrito de Rhein-Sieg y en el este de la ciudad de Bonn, que se encuentra al norte y noreste de la alta montaña del Siebengebirge, que alcanza hasta 461 m, así como cerca del Niedewesterwald, que alcanza alrededor de 300 m al noroeste. Atraviesada por los ríos Pleisbach y Hanfbach, limita al norte con el valle del Sieg y al noroeste con su parte del paisaje Ennert, que es el valle del Rin.
