El Hospital St. Alexius es un antiguo hospital en Alexianerplatz 1 en el barrio de Augustinus en Neuss. Los responsables eran los Alexianer de Neuss.
Un enfoque posterior de la institución fue la psiquiatría. Junto con el Hospital St. Josef, se fusionó en 2004 bajo el ala de las Clínicas St. Augustinus. En 2010, se tomó la decisión del propietario de operar únicamente una ubicación, a saber, el Hospital St. Josef.
