Findlos es una aldea que desde el siglo XIX forma parte de Batten, un actual barrio del municipio de mercado Hilders en el distrito de Fulda en Hesse, en la Rhön.
Findlos se encuentra a unos 470 m sobre el nivel del mar, al suroeste de Batten y al noreste de Wickers, justo al norte de la carretera federal 458, que en Batten desemboca en la carretera federal 278. El afluente por la izquierda en dirección al valle, Brandbach, que desemboca en la Ulster al este, atraviesa la B 458 en Findlos. En sentido horario, al norte se encuentra Hilders, al este Batten, al sureste Thaiden, al suroeste Wickers y al oeste la destacada montaña Findloser a 636 m sobre el nivel del mar alrededor de la localidad.
