La iglesia de San Leonhard es la iglesia filial católica romana de Prüm-Weinsfeld en el distrito Eifel de Bitburg-Prüm en Renania-Palatinado. La capilla pertenece a la parroquia de Niederprüm en la comunidad parroquial de Prüm en la diócesis de Tréveris.
En Weinsfeld hay constancia de una iglesia desde el siglo XVI, que fue reemplazada por un nuevo edificio en el siglo XVIII. La torre oeste de esta iglesia aún se encuentra en pie, el barco correspondiente fue demolido en 1961. Para ello, se había construido previamente al otro lado de la calle un edificio de salones de 12 × 6 metros con un campanario en el tejado, un techo de madera en punta, un emparrado y numerosas ventanas altas y estrechas. El patrón de la iglesia es Leonhard de Limoges.
