La iglesia evangélico-luterana de San María y San Bartolomé se encuentra en Harsefeld, un pueblo en el distrito de Stade en Baja Sajonia. La comunidad parroquial pertenece al distrito de iglesias de Buxtehude en la región de Stade de la Iglesia evangélico-luterana de Hannover.
Un castillo y una iglesia fueron construidos en 969 por Enrique de Stade. En lugar del castillo, se fundó un cabildo que más tarde fue convertido en un monasterio benedictino. El monasterio de Harsefeld fue disuelto en 1647. La iglesia de San María y San Bartolomé es la antigua iglesia del monasterio, que fue construida a mediados del siglo XIV con ladrillos. Se tiene constancia de la colocación de la piedra fundamental para el coro medieval antes de 1445.
