El sendero de salud "Tomar aire" de Bad Freienwalde recorre a lo largo de más de 5 kilómetros una hermosa zona de protección paisajística. En este recorrido, uno puede y debe tomarse "tiempo para sí mismo" de manera consciente. Porque este es exactamente el período temporal que, durante una estadía en el bosque, conduce a efectos medibles para la salud. Diferentes estaciones con ejercicios de respiración y de visión ayudan a recargar energía, a ver y percibir las cosas de manera diferente. Y así encontrarse a sí mismo, es decir, tomar aire.
Después de haber realizado ejercicios en los aparatos de entrenamiento, se sigue la señalización. Al final del recorrido, espera un refrescante baño Kneipp en el parque de curas.
